HEREDITORSHIP (optional by country)

(1): the lifelong status of being a hereditor of a single utopia regardless of the place of residence; once an hereditor, always an hereditor; an hereditor may hold only one passport in which he or she is described as an hereditor, whereas a citizen may hold passports of several countries.

HAPPIMONEY

Today's monetary system is the cause of much unhappiness. It is managed by Big Banks and Big Politicians who become unfairly rich in the process.

It is time for a change.   It is time for "happimoney".

Happimoney is an entitlement-of-entitlements.

It is the sum of all existing entitlements plus the cost of providing them

- the salaries of the government servants involved who will be retired from their posts.

Upon launch .

In the first year, a whole year's happimoney will be distributed. This will be a large sum of money.  The government servants who lost their jobs will get their equal share of happimoney - the same as everybody else.

In subsequent years, the annual total of happimoney to be distributed will be decided by The Monetary Authority by reference to the previous year's happimoney-GDP. For example, if the previous year's happimoney GDP increase by 3%, then it is reasonable to assume that the 3% increase in the money supply will not be inflationary.

Happimoney is a new form of money that means everyone gets an equal share of happimoney every month - debt free, interest free, tax free and means-test free.

Happimoney is the key element in a new monetary system called the Happimoney Monetary System (HMS). Selected citizens called the Monetary Authority control the happimoney system, not the bankers or government. The monetary authority will be given a budget to cover their expenses.

The increase in new happimoney is decided once per year and is related to the past year's Happimoney Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Everybody knows in advance the spending power of the citizen shareholders who receive happimoney. So entrepreneurs compete to create products and services to absorb each year's increase in the happimoney supply.

Happimoney can be exchanged with regular money.

The exchange rate between happimoney and a country's legal tender money may fluctuate according to the market.

Banks may take deposits in happimoney. Such deposits are treated in the same way as any foreign currency.

Each country or region, as the case may be, should establish a happimoney monetary system in addition to the regular currency that it uses.

Any country or region that adopts the happimoney system creates additional happimoney every year and distributes it equally to all citizen-shareholders called '"hereditors.

Happimoney is legal tender and may be used to pay taxes or to purchase property,goods or services.

Soon, Happimoney will lead us all to financial freedom.

All we have to do is to convince our lawmakers (politicians) to legislate happimoney into law by signing this petition (to be published later). Together as one, we can make this world a happier place to live.

HAPPIJUSTICE

(1): a form of justice used in happiocracy.

(2): the same jury system that we already deem to be a sacred right, but applied to the justice system.

HAPPIOCRACY

 happiOCRACY (belief):

The notion of happier minorities-of-one (MOO's) in happier relationships, in happier nations, in a happier world for only then will there be peace on earth.

happiOCRACY (utopia):

(1): one utopia with one or more monetary system.

(2): a federation of autonomous utopia populated by hereditors (citizen-shareholders) who have a life-long equity and ownership interest in the whole, while being free to reside in any of the competing utopias.

happiOCRACY (government):

(1): a form of democracy that avoids unhappines.

(2): a government of, by and for the citizen-shareholders.

(3): democracy without the unhappiness.

(4): democracy undistorted by the rule of unhappilaw.

(5): democracy undistorted by bloatwork.

(6): an upgrade of democracy in which citizen-shareholders - called hereditors - represent themselves and get paid for doing so.

(1): a form of law compatible with happierism

(2): one-law-at-a-time enacted by a jury of anonymous hereditor-jurors, randomly selected from the governed: from the whole nation to judge a federal bill; from the local population to judge a local bill.

HappiMoney is a brand new monetary system that puts money into everybody's pockets every month and is distributed equally  to All.  This happens in all countries that belong to the HappiMoney System.  The amount per person is related to each country's economy. 

In addition to HappiMoney for all of its own people, each country also contributes 10% to a HappiPool that is redistributed to all peoples of all countries that belong to the HappiMoney Community.  Thus, in due course, the inequalities between countries is reduced until one day in the future, most people in the world will get free HappiMoney that enables them to choose whether to work or not. This is true freedom. This new status, by the way, is called Full UNemployment.
